Karin S. F. Fornazier

Bachelor's degree in Physics from the Institute of Physics of the University of Sao Paulo (2003), Master's degree from the same Institute (2007) and PhD from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA) (2013). Post-doc (CAPES) at IAG-USP developing algorithms that work with a correlation of prebiotic molecules (supervision by Prof. Janot-Pacheco and collaboration with the OCA group) and post-doc (Fapesp) at INPE working on the development of one of the BINGO pipelines. Visiting Researcher at UCL (Fapesp-BEPE), developing a specific module for non-Gaussianity analysis within the BINGO environment. Currently is a substitute professor at IFUSP, actively participating in the MeerKAT experiment (data analysis, component separation, RFI) collaborating with Prof. Mario Santos (Cape Town University) and with the group of Prof. Hans Kristian Kamfjord Eriksen, from the University of Oslo. Actively participates in the PLATO collaboration in the study of jitter with Prof Fabio Fialho, POLI-USP.
