Konstantin D. Stefanov (M’13) received the M.Sc. degree in applied physics from Sofia University, Sofia, Bulgaria, and the Ph.D. degree in physics from Saga University, Saga, Japan. He is currently a Senior Research Fellow with the Centre for Electronic Imaging, The Open University, Milton Keynes, U.K. His research interests include CCD and CMOS image sensors, semiconductor physics, device simulations, radiation damage effects, and detector electronics.
