Multi-omics and big data analytics for uncovering secrets of intraocular pressure homeostasis and regeneration of neurons. Our focus is on trabecular meshwork on the anterior eye segment as well as neurons in the posterior eye chamber and beyond. We expand our analysis in all neuronal injuries such as optic nerve and spinal cord. We use computational approaches merged with high throughput analyses.
