Bio
Julia Bodnarik received her BS in Physics from Wichita State University in 2002, her MA in Physics from Fisk University in 2007 and Ph.D in physics from Vanderbilt University in early 2013. Ms. Bodnarik's experience includes work at both the Gemini North Observatory and the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory Submillimeter Array on Mauna Kea, Hawaii (2002–2005). Her doctoral research has been performed at NASA/ Goddard Space Flight Center on the development of coupled pulsed neutron generator, gamma ray and neutron detectors instrumentation for in situ planetary surface elemental composition analysis.
