Professor at the Department of Energy Systems, National Autonomous University of Mexico, where he is professor of Fundamentals of Nuclear Engineering, Nuclear Reactor Analysis and Nuclear Fuel Management. Member of the Mexican Academy of Engineering and the Mexican Academy of Sciences. Areas of interest: nuclear reactor design and analysis, nuclear fuel management and advanced fuel cycle design, and nuclear-powered hydrogen production.
