My main interest relies on the study of Condensed Matter Physics and Statistical Mechanics, particularly on the liquid phase. I use computer simulation tools, such as Molecular Dynamics. I'm currently working in the modeling and simulation of cell membranes, on the interactions of proteins and small-molecules with biomembranes, in the study of liquid water and ionic solutions under confinement and on the study of helium nucleation in the lead-lithium blankets of nuclear fusion reactors.
