The research of my group focuses on the development of bioinformatics approaches, tools and resources for predicting protein structure and function on genome scale, and ultimately exploiting this knowledge in the development of new medicines. We use high performance computing in the development of powerful structural modelling and virtual screening platforms capable of simulating real life conditions by hyper-scaling of molecular interactions to whole system levels. www.proteomestructure.com
