Bio

J. W. (Erwin) Berenschot was born on December 13, 1967, in Winterswijk, The Netherlands. He received the B.Sc. degree in applied physics from the Technische Hogeschool Enschede in 1990. Since 1992, he is employed at the Transducers Science and Technology group of the MESA+ Research Institute. His main research area is fabrication technology with emphasis on development and characterization of etching and deposition techniques for the fabrication of microsystems.
