I obtained my PhD degree (muscle Physiology) in 2008 from the Federal University of Sao Carlos (Brazil), Since 2012, I have been an Associate Professor at the University of Brasilia. Director of the Muscle and Tendon Plasticity Research Group and head of the Lab (Brazil). My current research focuses on different aspects of muscle and tendon function to provide knowledge of Physical Agents in Rehabilitation (mainly neuromuscular electrical stimulation) applied to researchers and clinicians.
