She holds the NHMRC Career Development Scholarship, and leads a research project on evidence synthesis methods in the biostatistics department. Besides her research in biostatistics and methodology, she is also a biostatistics collaborator in many projects. These collaborations focus on the evaluation of public health and health service interventions (using individual and cluster randomized trials and intermittent time series design) and systematic evaluation. In addition to her research interests in evidence synthesis, Jo is involved in research examining statistical, bias and reporting issues in multi-stage cluster randomised trials.
