Dr. Jing Liu is a biophysicist from the IUPUI. His research lab focuses on the utilization of physical principles to understand the complexity in cell biology. With the home-built imaging systems and computational tools, we are interested in the fundamental biophysical properties of DNA and RNA, such as their movements and positions in a single cell. These physical properties will facilitate the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of cancers and other diseases.
