Currently, Dr. Chang serves as a section editor of World Neurosurgery. He is also a member of the editorial board for the official journal of the World Society for Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery (WSSFN) as well as the official journal of the International Neuromodulation Society (INS). In addition to his various editorial duties, Dr. Chang currently serves as the president of the Korean Neurosurgical Society (KNS) and vice-president of the World Society for Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery (WSSFN).
