Jessica Lilian Bell

I am passionate about using DNA/RNA sequencing of tumours to gain insight into phenotypic changes in cancer (especially in neuroblastoma). In my first post-doc work I am exploring post-transcriptional control by RNAs and RNA-binding proteins including IGF2BP1. My PhD focused on TRIM16 and its role in neuroblastoma, cell cycle regulation and retinoid differentiation, as well as autoubiquitination ability via B-boxes. Other earlier research work explored RARB function and compound activities.
