Jeong-Hoon Oh (S'08) was born in Busan, Korea, in 1972. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea, in 1996 and 1998, respectively. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in nanoscience and electrical engineering at Seoul National University, Seoul. Currently, he is also with the Semiconductor Business Unit of Samsung Electronics Company Ltd. His current research interests include fabrication, characterization, measurement, and modeling of highly scalable memory devices such as conventional DRAM, Flash memory, and resistive RAM. Mr. Oh is currently a Student Member of the Institute of Electronics Engineers of Korea.
