I graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Washington in 2006, and with my Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Brown University in 2013. After completing my postdoctoral training at Brown University's Dept. of Neuroscience, I joined the faculty of the Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University's Dept. of Psychiatry and Human Behavior in 2017. I have been a member of the Center for Neurorestoration and Neurotechnology at Providence VA Medical Center since 2015. In my current research, I use neuroimaging and machine learning to investigate structural and functional signatures of mental health disorders and suicidal ideation and behaviors.
