Bio
Using MRI/MRS/fMRI techniques but also electrophysiology, neuropsychology and clinical evaluation, my group aims at characterizing the physiopathology and the morpho-functional underpinnings of neurological and psychiatric diseases.
We develop and adapt new MR methods at high (3T) and ultra-high field (7T) allowing to assess one relevant response relative to precise clinical or fundamental questions.
The main projects are focused on the study of Multiple Sclerosis, Epilepsy, Neurodegenerative diseases and spinal cord damage. These projects are conducted in close collaboration with the clinical departments specialized in each of the pathologies studied.
The activity is located mainly on the clinical site of the lab (CEMEREM) equipped with 2 MR scanners (Siemens Vida 3T and Siemens TERRA 7T), EEG/fMRI facilities, rTMS and neuronavigation.
