Janjira Thaipadungpani is a molecular microbiologist and a lecturer of Department of Clinical Tropical Medicine, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University, Thailand. Her research interests include: Molecular epidemiology of leptospirosis and melioidosis using multi-locus sequence typing and whole genome sequencing; molecular diagnosis for identification aetiology of acute febrile illness and sepsis patients; and molecular diagnosis for resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.
