Jae-Won Oh

Jaewon Oh received the B.S. degree in electronics engineering from Seoul National University, Korea, in 1985, the M.S. degree from the University of Florida, Gainesville, in 1987, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, in 1997. He is currently with Sun Microsystems, Inc., Los Angeles, CA, where he is responsible for chip integration and developing computer-aided design tools for clock and power. He has served on the technical reviewers of the Design Automation Conference, International Conference on Computer-Aided Design, and the Symposium on Low-Power Design. His research interests include developing computer-aided design algorithms and methodology for VLSI physical design in the area of clock routing, power routing, and placement with special emphasis on low-power design.
