Jacob A Richardson

I study volcanic fields and lava flows on Earth and its neighbors to understand the cadence and magnitude of volcanism over geologic time. Currently, I am the Deputy PI of the GEODES project--a part of the NASA SSERVI program--where I study how astronauts and robots can best deploy geophysics instruments to look for important resources and geologic units below the surface on the Moon and other target destinations in the Solar System.
