Bio

My research focuses on host-virus interactions of viruses that have the potential to be oncogenic. Predominantly I work with human papillomavirus types 16 & 18 however I also have projects on Hepatitis B virus. My work on HPVs uses next gen sequencing technology (ATAC/RNA-Seqs) to investigate the similarities and differences between types 16 & 18 both across and within different anatomical sites.
