Prof. Zeng is mainly engaging in acute treatment, rehabilitation and prevention of stroke, especially in neural plasticity and secondary degeneration following stroke. He has undertaken and completed more than 30 research projects including National Basic Research Program of China (973 project), Natural Science Foundation of China, and so on. He has published 346 articles, including 112 in peer reviewed international journals and edited 40 books or chapters.
