I’m interested in biosphere-atmosphere exchange of VOCs & the communication (the “chemical alphabet”) between living organisms; in particular between fungi/herbivores & plants. I’m supervising an advanced phytotron facility & we are building new phenotyping platforms for the study of plant genotype-environment-microbe (G x E x M) interactions. Currently, my lab investigates volatile & non-volatile metabolomic networks in plants under stress & the biological and ecosystem functions.
