Lawrence J. Overzet

Lawrence J. Overzet received the B.S.E.E in 1983, M.S.E.E. and Ph.D. in 1988 in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Urbana, IL, USA. He is a Full Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Texas at Dallas, Richardson, TX, USA. His research interests include applications of plasmas for device manufacturing and diagnostics of atmospheric pressure plasmas.
