I research parents' transition to parenthood, especially in relation to care delivered by midwives and child health nurses. I examine topics such as parental satisfaction, midwives and nurses' implementation fidelity/adherence to guidelines, and parental mental health issues. I also research preschool teacher retention, attrition, and job satisfaction; trying to promote higher quality education for young children.
