Jim Malone is Professor (Emeritus) of Medical Physics and was Dean of the Medical School, Trinity College/ St James’s Hospital, Dublin. He works/worked regularly with WHO, IAEA, IEC, ICRP & EC. He is an active medical physics researcher with strong humanities interests. Publications include a critical history of medical RP; a review of a place for visual art in medical physics; plus books on Ethics for RP in Medicine; Mystery and the Culture of Science; Tales from the Ivory Tower (a memoir).
