Since coming to Oxford she has led the team promoting the global dissemination of the findings of the INTERGROWTH-21st Study on fetal growth and development. She has jointly conducted a randomised controlled trial investigating a smart phone-based, blood glucose management system for women with GDM. In partnership with Sera Prognostics, OUCRU and the Gates Foundation, she is currently leading an observational study in Ho Chi Minh City aiming to recruit 5000 women to evaluate promising biomarkers for spontaneous preterm birth. In 2017 she was appointed as a Senior Research Associate with the George Institute for Global Health (Oxford) and is developing a smartphone assisted decision aid to improve the care of women with diabetes in pregnancy in low resource settings. She is a Research Fellow at Green Templeton College, University of Oxford and the lead for the Athena SWAN committee within the Nuffield Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
