RESEARCH INTERESTS:
We reprogram patient skin cells into induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells to study Autism, Cystic Fibrosis and Congenital Heart Disease. The affected cell types are derived from iPS cells for drug discovery. We also study stem cell chromatin structure and generate retrovirus vectors to deliver reporter genes into stem cells
