My current research focuses on understanding the mechanisms underpinning the development and maintenance of Optimal Health. It aims to uncover the role of mitochondrial dysfunction, systemic oxidative stress, and inflammation in obesity and accelerated aging. The work extends from the study of single molecules through to quantum biology and detailed analysis of human physiology, including biological age
