Dr. Jamie Seabrook is both Chair and Full Professor in the School of Food and Nutritional Sciences at Brescia University College, an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, and an Adjunct Research Professor in the Department of Paediatrics at Western University. Dr. Seabrook is also a Scientist with the Children's Health Research Institute and Lawson Health Research Institute.
