Background in chemical engineering, graduate studies in Earth Sciences. My graduate research focused on source attribution of the chemical composition of ice cores retrieved in Antarctica and Patagonia. Since 2011, I work at the Chacaltaya GAW station mainly with gases, chemical composition of PM 10 and PM 2.5, aerosols and atmospheric transport. Currently my research is focused on the natural variability and anthropogenic impacts of aerosols transported at high-altitude and the transport processes affecting this site.
