Huiyan Zhang received the Ph.D. degree in Control Theory and Control Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin in 2019. And she is currently an Associate Professor at Chongqing Technology and Business University. Her research interests include stochastic switched systems, intelligent control systems, model reduction, robust control and filtering design. She has authored over 50 publications and won the Best Conference Paper Award of ICICIC2019 and ISIKM2020.

She is currently the Handling Editor of Signal Processing, Associate Editor of IET Electronics Letters and IEEE Access. She has also served as a reviewer of a number of journals, including Automatica, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics, IEEE Access, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, Journal of the Franklin Institute, Signal Processing, et al. She is also a Distinguished Reviewer of Automatica (2016.7-2017.6), Journal of the Franklin Institute (2016) and Signal Processing (2016).
