Bio
研究方向为深海生物适应性生存机制。近五年主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、中国科学院先导专项专题1项、重点研发计划项目子课题1项。多次参与“科学”号冷泉热液综合考察航次,开展南海冷泉和冲绳海槽热液生物环境适应机制与应用潜力评估研究,在微生物群落特点及其空间分布特征、深海生物的主要能量基础和环境适应策略、微生物的环境适应特征及其与大型生物的互作机制以及深海生物功能基因的发掘利用等方面取得了成果。研究成果共发表论文123篇(含第一作者/通讯作者17篇),获授权国家发明专利10项,获省部级科研奖励4项(一等奖1项)。
