先后主持国家自然科学基金、航空科学基金等及省部级项目8项,参与科技部973、863、国家重点研发计划项目等国家及省部级项目30余项。主要研究方向:① 特种服役环境用高温金属材料的合金设计及相变理论,包括镍基耐蚀高温合金、镍基粉末高温合金、TiAl金属间化合物、铂族金属/合金及其纳米复合材料等材料的结构-功能一体化调控;② 特种高温合金加工过程计算模拟及组织控制理论,主要包括: 熔凝过程、组织演化;③ 特种高温合金及其金属基复合材料粉末冶金制备技术。 发表科研论文321篇,其中ISI引用次数:463,H指数:14。获省部级科技进步二等奖3项,市级科技进步二等奖1项,获授权国家/国防发明专利28项。2007年入选教育部新世纪人才支持计划,2012年获西安市经济技术开发区科技统筹带头人,2013年获陕西省三秦人才。
