My research focuses on methods for improved exposure assessment to environmental stressors, with a focus on outdoor air pollution. Application of these exposure estimates in epidemiological studies is my second focus. In recent years I worked on mobile monitoring campaigns, application of sensors, exposome (all non-genetic factors affecting health), health effects of low-level air pollution and combined health effects of different environmental stressors, including air pollution, noise and green space.
