Currently focused on the human microbiome alteration from the cervical cancer microbiome with and without HIV, also studied on microbiome from the various disease types and specimens. Demonstrated experience in next-generation sequencing, bioinformatics, tissue, gut, and oral microbiome, metagenomics, and microbiology wet-lab techniques.
