Dr. Mohammad Delwer Hossain Hawlader is a medical scientific professional with having 22 years of professional experience, which included more than 13 years experiences in public health research and project management and 9 years’ experience of teaching in public health. He has several years of experience dealing with PPP Projects. Currently he has been working as Associate Professor and Chair, Dept. of Public Health at North South University (NSU), Dhaka, Bangladesh.
