Hatem A. Rashwan

Hatem A. Rashwan received the BS degree in electrical engineering from South Valley University (Aswan, Egypt) in 2002, the M.Sc. Degree in Computer Science from South Valley University (Aswan, Egypt) in 2007, and the PhD degree in Computer Vision from Rovira i Virgili University, Spain in 2014. Between 2004 and 2009, I joined the Electrical Engineering Department, Aswan Faculty of Engineering in South Valley University in Egypt as a lecturer. In 2010, I joined the Intelligent Robotics and Computer Vision Group, Department of Computer Science and Mathematics at Rovira i Virgili University (Tarragona, Spain) where I was a Ph.D. Student until Dec. 2013. From Jan. 2014 until Oct. 2014, I was a research assistant in IRCV group, Rovira i Virgili University. From Nov. 2014 until Aug. 2017, I was a researcher in vortex, IRIT-CNRS, INP-ENSEEIHT, University of Toulouse, (Toulouse, France). From Sep. 2017 until now, He is a Beatriu de Pinos researcher in DEIM, Universitat Rovira i Vigili. His research interests include image processing, computer vision, pattern recognition, and machine learning.
