Tian Hao

Dr. Hao Tian is a Postdoctoral Research Associate under the supervision of Prof. Hao Liu and Prof. Guoxiu Wang in the Centre for Clean Energy Technology, University of Technology Sydney. His research interests include the synthesis of nanostructured materials and their applications for energy storage and conversion. As First Author, he has published over 15 refereed journal papers, including National Science Review, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, Chemical Science and Advanced Science. with total impact factor 185. Particularly, he has published 10 papers with IF˃10 as first author and his research is featured on 6 Cover pages of scientific journals. He also serves as Associate Editor for Frontiers in Nanotechnology (Frontiers), Guest Editor for Nanomaterials (MDPI) and Guest Editor for Journal of Visualized Experiments (JOVE). He received his Bachelor of Science major in Chemistry (National Base for Fostering Talents in Basic Science) from Lanzhou University in 2009, Master of Science from Lanzhou University in 2012 and University of New South Wales in 2014, his Ph.D. from Curtin University under the supervision of Prof. Jian Liu and Prof. Shaomin Liu in 2018. In 2016, he took an exchange scholarship to visit Prof Zhiqun Lin's group at Georgia Institute of Technology.
