Alison is an Honorary Professor (formerly Professor of Rheumatology Rehabilitation). Research focuses on musculoskeletal conditions, work rehabilitation, patient education/ self-management, outcome measures, hand therapy, occupational therapy. Chief Investigator for the WORKWELL trial (work rehabilitation in arthritis) and WORK-PROMS study (work outcome measures). Alison is a Fellow of the RCOT and BSR/ BHPR.
