She has a strong research track record in biomaterials and tissue engineering, which has led to over 108 refereed publications, three book chapters, 8 patents (5 has been granted) and about 11 major fundings.
Dr Li's current research interests are bioactive hydrogels for tissue regeneration and 3D printing as well as cell-material interaction and cell-cell interaction studies.
