Hai Liu

Hai Liu received the B.E. degree in metallic materials engineering from Wuhan University of Science and Technology, China, in 2006, the M.S. degree in microelectronics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2014. He is currently a Lecturer with the Key Laboratory of Advanced Display and System Applications of Ministry of Education, Shanghai University. He has published over 30 papers related to the assembly of nanomaterials and applications in the form of micro/nano devices. His research interests include ionization gas sensor, micro/nano structure characterization, and air purification using plasma.
