Hong Cai

Hong Cai received the B.S. degree in optoelectronic from South China Normal University, Guangzhou, China, in 2005, the M.S. degree in optical engineering from the Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Science, Shanghai, China, in 2008 and the Ph.D. degree in electronic and computer engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong, in 2012. She is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher in Jack Baskin School of Engineering, University of California Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz, CA, USA.
