Gunuk Wang received the B.S. degree in physics from Sungkyunkwan University, Seoul, South Korea, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in materials science and engineering from the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology, Gwangju, South Korea, in 2007 and 2012, respectively. He was a Postdoctoral Researcher with Rice University until 2015 for developing the oxide memory applications. Since 2015, he has been an Associate Professor with the KU-KIST Graduate School of Converging Science and Technology, Korea University, Seoul. His current research interests are neuromorphic electronics, molecular electronics, and next-generation memory devices. He has written five book chapters and authored/coauthored 70 journal articles, including two review articles.
