Guillermo E Ponce-Campos

As a research specialist at the University of Arizona, fully funded by USDA-ARS, I focus on using remote sensing to study rangeland areas. My goal is to collaborate with stakeholders to inform on the state of the land in relation to climate variability and management practices. Currently, I team up with the LTAR network to define the spatial distribution of production systems in the U.S. In addition, I conduct research focused on efforts to assess the ecological state of semi-arid regions.
