Guike Li

Guike Li was born in Shandong, China, in 1980. He received the B.S. degree in microelectronics from Lanzhou University, Lanzhou, China, in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2011. Since 2011, he has been an Assistant Professor in microelectronics and solid-state electronics with the State Key Laboratory of Superlattices and Microstructures, Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His current research interests include CMOS image sensors and integrated silicon-photonics.
