Guanyu Lai

Guanyu Lai received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering and automation and the Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering from the Guangdong University of Technology, Guangzhou, China, in 2012 and 2017, respectively. He was a Research Assistant with the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, from 2015 to 2016, and a Visiting Scholar with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA, USA, from 2017 to 2019. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Automation, Guangdong University of Technology. His research interests include robust adaptive control of uncertain systems and its applications to smart actuators, robotic systems, flight control systems, and networked control systems.
