Gualtiero Fantoni received the Ph.D. degree in robotics automation and bioengineering from the University of Pisa, in 2005. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Engineering, University of Pisa, Pisa, Italy. His research focuses on data science and its applications for management practice. He coordinates several European projects on skills mapping and evaluation. He is a cofounder of several university spin-offs in the fields of technology foresight and IoT.
