Goutam Biswas

Goutam Biswas has obtained his Ph.D in synthetic organic chemistry at Indian Institute of Chemical Biology (IICB), India in 2006. He has completed Postdoctoral work at POSTECH, South Korea, UNL, Lincoln followed by University of California, Riverside. Then he worked as a Scientist at Sai Life Sciences, Pune. Later joined as a Post-doctoral associate at Ewha Women’s University, South Korea from 2013. In 2015, he has joined Invictus Oncology as Scientist II and work towards the developme of anti cancer drugs. From March 2018 he has joined as Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry, Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University. His research interests include carbohydrate chemistry, total synthesis and medicinal chemistry.
