个人简介
My research is focused on the incompatible interaction between grapevine and downy mildew through a systems biology approach based on lipidomics, transcriptomics and bioinformatics.
I have also acquired solid background on several molecular biology and biochemistry techniques such as nucleic acid extraction, quantitative real time PCR, Gas chromatography and Thin layer chromatography.
I have discriminated and characterized, for the first time, the lipid and fatty acid profiles, as well as their modulation, of two grapevine genotypes, resistant and susceptible, upon Plasmopara viticola inoculation.
