Go Irie

Go Irie (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. and M.E. degrees in system engineering and the Ph.D. degree in information science and technology from Keio University, Tokyo, Japan, in 2004, 2006, and 2011, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Information and Computer Technology, Tokyo University of Science, Tokyo, Japan. He was a research Scientist with NTT Corporation, Japan, from 2006 to 2022, and a Visiting Research Scholar with Columbia University from 2012 to 2013. His research interests include pattern recognition, machine learning and media understanding.
